Red Cabbage and Apples





Ingredients
1 small head red cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
3 medium apples, peeled and grated
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C red wine vinegar
1 tsp ground cloves
1 C crisp-cooked & crumbled bacon

Directions
Combine cabbage, apples, sugar, vinegar, and cloves in slow cooker.
Cover, cook on high 6 hours, stirring after 3 hours.
Sprinkle with bacon
