Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients
Watermelon

Directions
Cube watermelon.
Arrange your cubes of watermelon on a 9″x13″ baking sheet in one even layer. Then, put that baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, allowing watermelon to freeze completely.
Remove the tray from the freezer. Then, in about 4 batches or so, add watermelon to your food processor and puree until completely smooth.
As you go, empty the puree into a loaf pan, packing down and evening out the sorbet with a spatula or wooden spoon. Continue until all the watermelon is pureed and the loaf pan(s) is fully packed.
Place the loaf pan(s) in the freezer for another hour or two. When you’re ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer, allow to sit on the counter for about 5 minutes, then scoop out into bowls with an ice cream scooper.
