Crab & Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. mayo
1 c. Gruyere Cheese, grated
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
8 oz. lump crab meat
7 oz. artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 c. panko bread crumbs

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese until creamy.
Squeeze excess moisture from spinach and add to cream cheese mixture.
Mix in mayo, cream, Gruyere, 1/4 C Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper.
Fold in crab meat and artichoke hearts.  Pour into a 32oz baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix remaining Parmesan with pank and sprinkle on top of dip.
Bake for 20min, until topping is golden
