Low-Carb Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients
jalapenos
bacon slices (same number as jalapenos)
softened cream cheese (the whipped kind, not the bricks)
Directions
Cut jalapenos in half and clean out insides.
Fill each half w/ 1 tbsp cream cheese.
Slice bacon in half, the short way.
Wrap one slice of bacon around each jalapeno half.
Secure w/ toothpick.
Place cooling rack in a baking sheet (jelly roll style, not cookie sheet. It needs to catch grease)
Place wrapped jalapenos on top of baking sheet.
Bake for about 25min @ 400
