Ingredients
1 bell pepper, diced
1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cups corn kernnels
1 onion, chopped
spices to taste
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 1/4 cups milk
2 oz small pasta shells
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine potatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper, spices, and stock in a pot and bring to boil.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes, until tender.
Add milk, salt, and pepper.
Processs half the soup in blender.
Return soup to pot and add pasta.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
