It's-A-Snap Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 C sugar
1 C boiling water
2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
graham cracker crust.
Directions
Mix gelatin and sugar.
Add boiling water.
In blender, combine cream cheese with gelatin mixture.
Add vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour into crust.
Chill about 2 hours.
