Ingredients
8oz (4cup) uncooked wide egg noodles
1lb ground meat
1/2 C finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 C water
1 can (4oz) mushroom pieces
1 C sour cream
Directions
Cook noodles, drain, and cover to keep warm.
Brown meat & onion, stiring frequently.
Drain grease and stir in flour.
Add water & mushrooms.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Reduce heat & stir in sour cream.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve over noodles.
